Order Processing Time

All our orders are processed and shipped out within 5 business days.

After the order is shipped out and received by the carrier, we will update you with a Track-and-Trace code with which you can follow your package and see the remaining shipping time.

Please allow 1 to 2 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times


Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order.

Be aware that these delivery times can become longer in case your order is placed during busier periods such as near Christmas or Thanksgiving.



Shipping Restrictions

Sadly, we are unable to ship your order to a PO box or to a military address

Packages Damaged, Lost, or Missing While in Transit

If you have a suspicion of your parcel being lost or missing while in Transit, please contact us by email. We can contact the shipping company to investigate the issue.

If your package has indeed gone missing, we will send you a new one free of charge or send you a full refund.

If your package has arrived damaged, contact us and we will provide a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

Returns and Exchanges

Please note, return orders ship via USPS, which may experience delays. We appreciate you bearing with us. All full-priced items are eligible for return within 30 days of the original purchase date and must be in original condition. Given the handmade and seasonal nature of what we sell, items must be unworn, undamaged, with tags attached and in original packaging to proceed with a return in 30 days of purchase. .

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, we offer direct exchanges with complimentary shipping in the USA. If you’d like a refund back to your original payment method, we deduct $5 from your refund to cover shipping and restocking the item.

Once we receive your mailed return in store and the item has been inspected to ensure it meets return edibility, we will process your credit immediately. If you have provided us with an email address, we will email you once your return has been received and your credit has been processed.

Your credited refund may take a few days to reflect on your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

We endeavour to expedite the return process. Please allow up to 10 business days to receive and process your return request after your return package has been shipped.

Damaged returns and returns sent back without prior authorization will be returned to sender.

Items purchased internationally are the responsibility of the customer to return and are not eligible for direct exchange.
